Can I use your shampoo bars on curly, color-treated, or gray/silver hair?

Yes, across the board! Here’s why:

• We never use sulfates or silicones, so our bars are Curly Girl Method-safe
• Our customers with silver hair report no issues with brassiness or yellowing
• Our ingredients, such as cocoa butter and coconut oil, deeply moisturize your hair: making our bars perfect for color-treated and dry hair

Isn’t $15.99 expensive for one Shampoo Bar?

If you break it down, not at all! Our bars replace 2-3 bottles of liquid shampoo, so you can compare the price to a $5 bottle of shampoo. Even better? Our bars don’t contain water, so our ingredients aren’t diluted like regular shampoo. You get super concentrated, super nourishing ingredients for up to 75 washes with a single bar!

Let’s be real…is the “Fragrance” ingredient hiding anything fishy?

We put an enormous amount of thought into our ingredient list, so we’re proud to say that any fragrance added to our hair products is certified 100% natural. It’s important to both us and our fellow Earthlings that we formulate with the highest quality, safest ingredients: for both our bodies and the planet. If you prefer fragrance-free altogether, we have that too!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Most of our orders ship same day, but occasionally are processed within 2. Our fulfillment teams works 7 days per week to get your order to you as quickly as we can! Do your different bar scents have different purposes or functions?

Nope, they’re all made with the same, highly effective, nourishing formula. We don’t really believe in “personalized formulations” and here’s why:

• We live in a consumption focused world, with “hyper-targeted” products claiming to fix your every problem. However, the reality is that shampoo has its purpose (to cleanse, nourish, and protect your hair). The difference between all these different “types” of shampoo are small (so small, that you’re most likely not going to notice).
• We designed our shampoo and conditioner bars to be effective, balanced, nourishing, and cleansing - suitable for a vast range of hair types (from straight to coily, dry to oily) and gentle enough for daily use.
