If you would like to cancel your order, it must be within 24 hours from your original purchase time and date. In some circumstances, orders will be fulfilled within that time frame and we can not cancel your order if that is the case. Please email us at email@example.com to cancel your order if it is within that 24 hour period.
We want to make sure you're satisfied with the quality of your item. If you are not happy with our products, you can return your item(s) within 20 days of your postmarked delivery date.
Please note we can't accept returns or exchanges for any of our hair care or body care items.

Instead of charging you a restock fee for your return, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost back to our warehouse. We will make sure to refund you 100% of your original purchase price, NOT including your original shipping cost.
