CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS:
Once you submit your order, our team begins diligently working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your original purchase date only if your order has not been marked as fulfilled by our warehouse.
Through November - December 2020, we will not be able to accommodate ANY order changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In an effort to support our customers as well as our beautiful Mother Earth, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the quality of our products, you can get your money back within 30 days of your purchase, refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products.
