Yes – you may be asked to pay additional duties and taxes before the shipment is delivered. This depends entirely on your country's policies and weight limits; however, please note that knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and any additional duties or taxes are not reimbursable by The Earthling Co.
Most international orders will be delivered straight to your door. However, in some cases you may be required to pick up the order at your local post office.
Our typical order processing time is 1-3 business days. We define processing time as the time from the moment you place your order to the moment our team packs it into a box. Our warehouse is a locally run and operated business in Springfield, MO, and every box is hand packed and shipped by a real human. We always do everything we can to process all orders as quickly as possible!
All e-gift cards are issued immediately upon payment, so there is no processing time for gift cards.

As an eco-conscious brand we have chosen to partner with a fulfillment carrier that bulk ships orders. This means your item might sit with this carrier for a few days while they accrue more packages shipping to a similar area. Updates are only available once someone with the courier services performs a scan, so you may see a few days pass between these updates. It is perfectly normal to see up to 8 business days pass between scans, particularly when it leaves UPS and is headed for the post office. (Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding shipping holidays.)
Bulk shipping packages vs shipping each package as they are received reduces the impact of shipments and ultimately is better for the environment. We understand this might be frustrating, but we believe this is the best option for our business and the planet. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
